Lotus Cars - An Insight

Many motorists dream of having a sports car like a new or used Lotus. Many of them save money for a long time to realise their dream of driving a swanky racing car that can make everyone around envious. A good sports car is for sure something that appeals to drivers. Most young boys dream of being a Formula 1 driver in their childhood. When they grow up, even if they realise they will not become professional racing drivers, they at least want to feel like one and buy a sports car. It is quite expensive to buy a new sports car but if you compromise you can get yourself a used Lotus and avoid ruining your budget or taking a loan. There are many car manufacturers that make such cars but there are few that can make sports cars better then Lotus as they have a long tradition of car racing. They introduced their drivers to Formula 1 as early as 1958 and they were very successful. Designers from this company are also renowned for pioneering many things that made racing cars faster and safer to race. For example shape and radiators on the side of the cars as opposed to front where it made the cars less streamlined and, as a result, slower. Today Lotus has not got a Formula One team; instead they concentrate on their new and used Lotus car sales.
